Sarah Michelle Gellar has a baby

I am afraid I am a bit late with this news but Sarah Michelle Gellar has given birth to a baby girl. Charlotte Grace Prinze was born on September 19th 2009.

Charisma To Appear In Legend Of The Seeker

E! online reported towards the end of last month that former “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” and “Angel” star, Charisma Carpenter will be appearing in the adventure/fantasy CW TV show, “The Legend of the Seeker.” E! posted the picture of her on the left,which is a promo pic from her episode.

Whedons Finest Hours

To celebrate the second season premiere of Dollhouse, Entertainment Weekly.com published its listing of the 25 best episodes from the Whedonverse. The fifth-season Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode titled “The Body,” in which Joyce Summers dies, ranked first. EW.com writes: “If there's any argument to be made for the short-sighted irrelevance of the Emmy Awards — which marginalized Buffy for the entirety of its run — this episode should be exhibit A. Expertly written and directed by Whedon, ‘The Body’ is all about the emotional devastation caused by the sudden, tragically natural death of Buffy's mother, Joyce (Kristine Sutherland). Deft and heartbreaking, ''The Body'' isn't just the best episode in the Whedonverse: It might be the best hour of television we've ever seen.”

Joss Whedon's Horrible Award

Buffy creator joss Whedon finally received a long overdue recognition from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. On Sept. 12, he received the Emmy for short-format live-action entertainment programs for his wildly popular web musical Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. The program, which debuted July 15, 2008, features Neil Patrick Harris in the title role and Nathan Fillion (Buffy, Firefly) as his superhero nemesis. Whedon was previously nominated for an Emmy for the silent episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer titled “Hush.
