Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon is re-teaming with Eliza Dushku (Faith) for a new series called Dollhouse – an action/drama for FOX. In the series, Dushku will star as Echo, a government agent who, for each new mission, has specific skills and personalities uploaded – and erased – from her brain. When Echo discovers this practice, she doesn’t like being manipulated.

The eight series of Buffy has been released in comic format.

Buffy and
Angel creator Joss Whedon is hinting that both series may return
with new episodes via DVD or mini-series format possibly with
Sarah Michelle Gellar according to SFgate.com and Hollywood.com.
“We've been discussing how to do things with a different,
maybe something straight to DVD that wouldn't be a full series”
Whedon reportedly said. He also added “There are various
characters that I'd want to explore further".

new series BONES starring David Boreanaz
starts on Sky One this month. "Bones is a police procedural
with humour and heart – a darkly amusing series that probes
the humanity behind the scientists who probe the inhumanity
behind horrific crimes" as described by the Sky website.

Kramer who played Glory is currently working on a new film that
is tentatively entitled THE FALLEN that will be shooting in
Tennessee throughout the month of August. It’s a period
film, set in the 1940’s.

Strong, who played Jonathan in nearly 30 episodes of Buffy,
is shooting the feature film “Bad Guys,” a thriller
due for release in 2006.

Michelle Gellar is set to play a lead role in "Alice"
a remake of Alice in Wonderland. In this version of the well
known Lewis Caroll book everything is based on a computer game
where Alice must destroy her enemies with a croquet mallet.

Marsters and Joss Whedon have discussed a telefilm centering
on Spike, according to MovieHole.net. The Web site quotes Marsters
as saying that Whedon recently asked if he was still interested
in the idea. “I would love to do it, but we’re on
a clock,” Marsters said. “Vampires can’t age,
so it must be done soon.”

sit-com called In the Game. Here co-stars in the show will be
Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ed O,Neill (Al Bundy)

has been an annoucement that a Buffy convention will be coming
to England. The planned date and venue is 16th-18th September
at the Norbreck Castle Hotel in Brighton. Special guests announced
so far are Nicholas Brendon (Xander), George Hertzberg (Adam),
James Leary (Clem), Danny Strong (Johnathon), Iyari Limon (Kennedy),
Armin Shimerman (Pricipal Snyder) and Tom Lenk (Andrew). There
may be maybe more to appear.
